SPIRIT DOJO offer Mixed Martial Arts classes each week on a Tuesday & Thursday, all taught by Paul “Semtex” Daley.

£10 per day entry. Day entry includes classes on that day. Weather it be BJJ, MMA or Kickboxing. If you have a monthly membership. Kickboxing classes and MMA classes are included. Additional payment of £10 would still be required for BJJ classes.
